We’re proud of the quality of our 3D printed products. Every piece is made with care and attention to detail. But if you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the product for a refund. Please contact us at info@hemlockwolfsbane.com within 10 days of receiving the product.
Products must be in the same condition as they were received in the mail. Custom orders are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please send us an email at info@hemlockwolfsbane.com.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 2314 Chelsea Ridge Ct., Katy, TX 77450.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
